GAL 1959-1969 – estudou na escola D. To Varuzhan 89 de Iereván e recebíu a medalla de ouro. 1969-1974 – estudou na Universidade Estatal de Iereván, Facultade de Filoloxía, Departamento de Lingua e Literatura Armenia. En 1985 defendeu unha tese de doutoramento sobre "Psychological analysis of communication".(Análise psicolóxica da comunicación). 1978-1986 - traballou como axudante sénior de laboratorio na Academia Nacional de Ciencias de Armenia no Acharyan Instituto da Lingua. 1986-1991 - traballou como investigadora doutora na Academia Nacional de Ciencias de Armenia no Acharyan Instituto da Lingua. Dende 1991 ata o día de hoxe traballa como investigadora sénior na Academia Nacional de Ciencias de Armenia no Acharyan Instituto da Lingua. Foi tamen docente na Escola de Arquitectura e Construción de Iereván (1990-1993), na Universidade Estatal de Iereván (2002), na Universidade Francesa de Iereván (2003) e na Universidade Estatal de Iereván (2007-2011 e 2013-2014). She taught jointly at Yerevan Institute of Architecture and Construction (1990-1993), Yerevan State University (2002), French University of Yerevan (2003), Yerevan State University (2007-2011 and 2013-2014).

GAL Actualmente, estase a compilar no Departamento de Lexicografía un dicionario de neoloxismos cuxo traballo de recolleita de materiais continúa. Estase preparando a listaxe de palabras que conforman o dicionario, diferenciando as expresións fixas e os modismos e anotando as súas características estruturais e semánticas. A directora do devandito departamento é Anahit Galstyan. No "Նոր բառեր" ["Novas palabras"], a parte "C" contén máis de 1440 palabras que non están rexistradas nos dicionarios listados na páxina 157 de parte “C”. Tras o título, indícase o tipo de palabra, a súa definición, un exemplo, a fonte, así como notas terminolóxicas e estilísticas. A definición da palabra corresponde ao seu significado no texto en que figura. O dicionario foi compilado por A. S. Galstyan (entradas con 400 palabras), S. A. Galstyan (entradas con 500 palabras), G. K. Hovsepyan (entradas con 300 palabras) e A. G. Sahakyan (entradas con 240 palabras). The work of collecting materials continues. The dictionary's word list is being prepared, stable phrases and idioms are being distinguished, and their structural and semantic features are being noted. The head of this department is Anahit Galstyan. In the «Նոր բառեր» [„New Words”], the "C" part contains more than 1440-word units that are not recorded in the dictionaries listed on page 157 of that Part C. GAL Anahit Galstyan ten un gran interese polos traballos realizados no campo da psicolingüística, lexicoloxía, terminoloxía, lingua infantil e ensino da lingua materna. Tamén se preocupa por cuestións relativas ás actitudes e ao ensino do armenio como segunda lingua estranxeira na comunidade franco-armenia. ENG Anahit Galstyan has great interest in the framework of the scientific works in psycholinguistics, lexicology, terminology, children's language, and native language teaching. She is also interested in the attitude and teaching problems of Armenian as a second foreign language in the French- Armenian community.
